We don’t sell personal information. This website has no advertising or analytics scripts. Hub Ball requires no account and uses no advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking.
This website
You can browse the Autumn Lane website without creating an account or submitting personal information. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and app screenshots are served as part of the website.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process standard connection information, including IP addresses, browser information, request times, and pages requested, to deliver the website, maintain security, and diagnose problems. Our infrastructure providers may also use security cookies to detect automated abuse and keep the website available. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.
Hub Ball
Hub Ball does not ask for your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or advertising identifier. It does not provide user accounts or public profiles.
Your chosen team, favorite teams, page order, and other app preferences are stored locally on your device. The app and iOS may cache content to improve speed and reliability. We do not use these settings or caches to identify you.
The app connects to Hub Ball services, the MLB Stats API, and some third-party content and image providers to retrieve scores, schedules, standings, statistics, news, social posts, and related content. Those services receive standard technical information needed to handle requests, such as IP addresses, network headers, and request times.
External services and links
Articles, social posts, and other external links may open an in-app browser or another website or app. These services have their own privacy policies and terms, which apply when you use them. Autumn Lane does not control their data practices.
If you use Hub Ball through Apple’s TestFlight, Apple may process beta feedback and diagnostic information under its own policies and your settings. Feedback you choose to send through TestFlight may be shared with us to help improve the app.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, such as your name, device details, or screenshots. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot issues, and improve our products.
Our email service provider processes these messages to deliver and store correspondence. We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to address your request, maintain relevant support records, or meet applicable obligations. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive personal information.
Your choices
You can change your local preferences in Hub Ball’s settings. Deleting the app removes its local app data, subject to your device’s backup and restore settings. Hub Ball has no account to delete.
You can request access to or deletion of personal information you have sent us by emailing saf@autumnlane.io. We’ll respond in accordance with applicable requirements. We may need to verify a request before disclosing or deleting information.
Children’s privacy
Our website and app do not ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this policy when our practices change and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected here before new practices take effect.
